River Rafting
Rafting the Stehekin River offers something for everyone. Like all rivers, the Stehekin has ever changing moods, from the fast and exciting high water of June, to the slower but still thrilling, low water of August. 

Horseback Riding
Horseback Riding with Cascade Corrals is very popular. Enjoy a 2-1/2 hour ride to Coon Lake, complete with fresh air and breathtaking views. Rides leave daily at 8:30am and 2:15pm each day. 

Fishing and Fly Fishing
Fishing on Lake Chelan happens year 'round with species ranging from Trout and Ling Cod to Silvers and Chinook Salmon. The mountain lakes around the upper valley open on or near April 25 and remain productive through the end of October. 

Biking the Valley
Stehekin is a natural for a leisurely ride or mountain bikes. There are more than 15 miles of road through some of the most incredible scenery you'll find anywhere in the world. Bicycles are used not only for the sake of riding but also make the best Valley transportation while your here. 

Kayaking
Kayaking is a great way to experience Lake Chelan.  Take in the beauty of the upper lake and see the pictagraphs and explore the estuary.

Snow Shoeing & Winter Sports
The sport of snowshoeing is as accessible as your own backyard. There are no special skills required to start out. Snowshoeing is an ideal low impact aerobic exercise that can be taken up by anyone. 

Hiking and Back Packing
Lake Chelan is a major entryway into the North Cascades, providing access to some of the best hiking and backpacking in the Cascade Range.
